Receive Return Authorization

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
